Asharqia Chamber organizes on
Thursday, February 9, 2017 morning an expanded meeting with investors in to the
land transportation sector in the
Kingdom, to discuss a group of issues of direct relevance to road transport
role in the vision of the Kingdom in 2030, to highlight the most prominent
issues facing workers and investors in this sector in the light of the current
economic variables and challenges, and the implications the near and distant
future.
The
Chairman of the Council of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan that
the meeting, which will be held in Sheikh Hamad Al Gosaibi Hall in the Chamber
in Dammam will discuss a number of issues that matter and challenges facing investors
in this sector, such as foreigner labor cost, and how it represents the importance
in this regard, and commercial
cover up in the transportation sector and the role of the Ministry of trade and
investment, and the partnership with the public transportation Committee, and
the idea of integration of the carriers, which is an important option for
road transport companies especially the small ones in the face of the
challenges of contemporary globalization.
Ataishan
pointed that the meeting will witness the participation of a number of
investors in land transportation (the owners) and (executive administrators),
and many of those interested in the sector, which includes bus transportation
and trucks, including the transportation of goods and passenger transportation.
And
about the importance of the meeting Al Ataishan said that the importance of the
meeting comes from the importance of the sector itself, the land transportation
is an important and supporting sectors and supporting investment in general, it is by land transportation
are operations between the sectors, which are the local product marketing
between regions, cities and provinces, as it is unimaginable to have any economy
without transportation, land transportation in particular.
Al
Ataishan pointed that the issue of organizing the land transportation sector,
and add other fleets to work, means a serious contribution to the organization

his part, Chairman of the Land Transportation of in Asharqia Chamber, Bandar bin Rafea Al Jabri

He

land sector for
the better, and it will be of a more value if this sector and the importance increases
if we know that the vision of the Kingdom 2030 depends on land transportation greatly,
and that the market will witness the entry of the transportation service of rails,
which will achieve a quantum leap for the progress of our national economy.
